For our regular tours, cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable (A 5% cancellation fee applies). Tours cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable.
All of our tours can run rain or shine. We even offer rain capes on bike tours to keep you dry! Only in extreme weather conditions shall a tour be cancelled. This decision is always taken at the meeting point of the tour and never before the departing time. In the rare event a tour is cancelled we will attempt to place you on another departure, or offer you a full refund.
Yes! Ours tours run at a relaxed pace, and include plenty of breaks and informational stops along the way. Montreal is a truly bike friendly city. The tours stick mostly to bike lanes, although we occasionally run along quieter city streets. Also, riding in a group is helpful and we always provide tips for smart and safe riding at the beginning of each tour. If you’ve ridden a bike before, you’ll be more than fine!
Yes they certainly are. Our minimum recommended age is 8 years old, however infants in body carriers are welcome.
Yes! We love having kids on our tours, however the minimum required age on bike tours is 13 years old. If you feel your child can handle the ride, please contact us to let us know why and make sure we have a small enough bike available.

Yes, booking in advance is required. Our tours typically sell out quickly. To maximize your chances of getting the date, time, and number of tickets you prefer, please book well in advance.
If a date and time is sold out, there is always a good chance that we will add an additional tour on that day. Please contact us to let us know what date you are interested in if you do not see availability.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated, although not mandatory. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 10%-20%.
Yes, bathrooms are available during the tour at selected break points.
Our tours operate rain, shine, or snow. In the event of inclement weather, we are able to adapt the tour to visit indoor areas or establishments. We recommend to check the weather conditions the day of your tour and bring an umbrella or rain jacket just in case.
The majority of the tours run in English, but as you probably know, Montreal is a French/English bilingual city and so are all our guides. For private groups we can operate the tour in English, French, or Spanish. Please contact us.
We absolutely do! We can accommodate a variety of special requests (family reunions, Birthday parties, Bachelor/Bachelorette groups, out of town guests, corporate meetings or team-building, conventions, festivals, grand openings and more). Please visit our Groups page here to send us an inquiry.
There will be plenty of photo opportunities, so do not forget your camera. A bit of cash always comes in handy in case you want to buy a snack along the way, even though most of the places accept credit card as well.
